Important Update Regarding ACOP 2019

In light of the COVID-19 global pandemic and its impact on our members’ operations, the RSPO Secretariat has two critical updates regarding the ongoing ACOP 2019 report submissions:

  1. The ACOP 2019 submission deadline will now be extended to Friday 24 April, 2020 at 2400 hours (GMT+8), applying to provisional reports.

  2. Given that the new deadline for the submission of provisional reports for ACOP 2019 is now 24 April, 2020, members will have until Friday 5 June, 2020 at 2400 hours (GMT+8) to submit their final data to the RSPO.

We recommend that members submit a provisional ACOP 2019 report through the MyRSPO portal by the official deadline of 24 April, 2020 to avoid any sanctions to their RSPO membership. Members that have submitted a provisional ACOP 2019 report by the official deadline will have an additional 6 weeks to consolidate, check and finalise their data, which should be reported to the RSPO via email at acop@rspo.org

A reminder that the ACOP report submissions are mandatory for all Ordinary and Affiliate members that have been members of RSPO for at least one year. However, ACOP report submissions are voluntary for all Supply Chain Associates as well as for Ordinary and Affiliate members who have not yet completed a full year of RSPO membership.

For members that have already submitted or initiated the ACOP 2019 report, the RSPO appreciates your effort and support.

Please be advised that the MyRSPO portal has been migrated to a new platform and all user credentials have been reset for security purposes. Please refer to the first-time-login guide here to access the new MyRSPO profile.

Should you have any enquiries, please contact acop@rspo.org or read the ACOP Guidelines Document here, available in English, French, Spanish, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Japanese and Chinese.

We hope that all our members and their loved ones are keeping safe and taking the necessary precautions as outlined by their respective governments during this difficult period.

Best regards,

RSPO Secretariat
