Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
We will inform the RSPO members about market chances for sustainable palm oil and derivates, wich will be required by our costomers and which cannot be made by us. We will recommend RSPO members to our customers, if they are able to help them with special products. We will strictly observe the rules of the Code of Conduct, the statutes and by-laws and the P&C in order to guarantee a good partnership with the other RSPO members and to be successful in the market.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
We will gear our marketing and advertisment towards the utilization of sustainable palm oil and its positive consequenzes for the natur and the environment. And we will also communicate to our customers the aims, tasks and responsibilities of RSPO.<br />We will train our representatives and consulters and internal employees and furnish them with printed material to enable them to communicate the advantages of sustainable palm oil and the objectives of RSPO to the customers and the suppliers. Conflicts will be resolved in accordance to the Code of Conduct.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
We are IFS certified and have a QM-System like DIN ISO 9001:2000 and a certified ERP-system. Therefore it is no question for us to integrate a system in the sense of RSPO, including traceability and tools for assessing supplier perfomance and to submit an annual report.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
At first we have to invest a lot of money into the advertisment, the training of the staff and into the manpower which will be neccessary to convince the customers and supplier. However, the sustainable palmoil is very suitable to our philosophy to produce and sell healthy and invironmentally friendly goods and is so the only one consequence in order to be credible also for the furture.
