Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
We will train our personnel with respect to the RSPO principles. We commit to prefer doing business with those companies who claim their willingness to support the RSPO principles ideologically and financially. Our advertising will highlight the products made from RSPO certified raw material. We are currently working on different activities, changing also some products our ways of producing in order to become more sustainable throughout the overall supply chain.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
Palm oil is a key raw material for our products. We will only buy palm oil from suppliers which are in line with the RSPO requirements. We will ask our suppliers about membership and certifications and will also include this criteria within our purchasing negotiations and contacts. So RSPO activities will be part of our supplier assessment. We also aim to support projects in the future which are targeting the supply chain of growing sustainable Palm oil and further raw materials which we use for our products.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
We will highlight our commitment to the RSPO principles and criteria towards our customers and towards our competitors. Purchasing policy will be altered to reflect the preference for RSPO members as suppliers.
There is a defined team which deals with projects for a sustainable supply chain which involve changing suppliers and searching for sustainable raw material.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
By achieving RSPO Supply Chain Certification our company supports environmental protection and respect of human rights ? even more than legally required. We aim to avoid unnecessary negative impacts on the environment with our buisness activites. Our cutomers become more and more conscious of sustainable aspects regarding the products the consume. So we think that working towards an environmental sustainable manner of doing business can also be an advantage on the market.
