    Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
We will promote the use of certified palm oil and inform our customer (retailers) and affiliated companies about RSPO.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
Our sales department will introduce our customers and partners to the concepts of RSPO and will communicate openly with interested parties all realistic options and market driven availabilities to follow the strategy for use of sustainably produced palm oil.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
We will source sustainable palm oil only from trusted suppliers that are members of the RSPO and wherever possible, we will oblige them in our contracts to adhere to RSPO standards.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
From our point of view sustainability should be recognized as a balanced relationship between social responsibility, environmental protection and economical efficiency.<br />As a responsible manufacturer of confectionary products, we feel obliged to follow the sustainability principle. We hope for our further business and future that our commitment to sustainable palm oil will inspire our customers to become RSPO members as well. Membership of the RSPO gives us the opportunity to communicate the use of certified palm oil to our partners and to the consumers of our brands. As a global market player for confectionary products we expect to have a multiplier effect based on which we can promote RSPO in the market.
