HARKARAN DASS VEDPALis having its trading office in New Delhi. The Company is into trading of Non-Edible oils such as Palm Fatty Acids, RBD St., etc. which are used for soap making. Basically procure from refineries in India and Malaysia/Indonesia and supply to soap Manufacturers.

Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
    HARKARAN DASS VEDPAL will develop a communications plan to inform employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders of its membership in RSPO. HARKARAN DASS VEDPAL will follow the criteria for proper messaging of RSPO membership status and use of logos.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
    We insist our sellers to Produce the RSPO membership approval first and then buy Palm Oil or their by products from them.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
    We visit the plantation of our sellers and see how best they have adopted the RSPO guidelines. We stay in plantation of the seller for a week and see the items in detail send then approve the plantation for selling Palm Products to us.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
    We will guide the other buyers to buy Palm products from RSPO approved members only. We will conduct meeting with other buyers of Palm products in India and guide them how RSPO is helping in saving the green forest in the world.
