Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
    We have palm oil policy in which we strive segregated level of certified palm oil in our own products in 2017. Requirements for certified oil is in our agreements and followed up according to our processes. For our Palm oil policy please see www.martinservera.se
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
    All palm oil used in our products shall be sustainable produced. On demand or lack of certified palm oil shall Green Palm Certificates be purchased to support sustainable development.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
    Martin & Servera already working with similar guidelines and requirement on suppliers. Our internal policies and Code of Conduct are well implemented in our processes. The monitoring of suppliers are implemented in internal processes and third-party audits are used where there is a defined risk or needs. Issues related to palm oil are already on our agenda, and as evaluation criteria.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
    RSPO membership is a way for us to show our support for the production of sustainable palm oil. Already today we are working actively on issues related to palm oil, to become a member is to make it more official and will be able to get the support of the RSPO in various matters and have dialog with other companies.
