Setting up of a Sustainability Committee/Team to inculcate all staff (from plantation/mill workers to the management team) on the values of sustainability through education and awareness campaign. Recording all briefings/training held for all staff pertaining to sustainability of the estates/mills. Getting staff commitment to support full implementation of the Group's RSPO programme Engaging our stakeholders/business partners on the Group's sustainability programme.

Ensure a communication channel with local communities/other stakeholders are in place. Maintain a complaints register at the operating sites (mills and estates) and at the management office.

Continuous adherence to RSPO P&Cs. Have a time bound plan towards own Group certification. Engage our suppliers on the importance of sustainability and guide them to be on the credible palth to certification

We aim to be part of the change within the industry transitioning towards sustainable palm oil which will have a positive impact on our environment and people.
