Founded in 1871 by James Daly as a butter trading business. Commenced producing yellow fats in 1905. The company is located within an industrial area in the Churchfield district of Cork city and has been functioning at this site for over 40 years. Employs approximately 55 personnel, predominantly a manufacturing site producing margarines, shortenings, fat spreads and fats from 100% to 30%. Also, acts as a distributor for bakery raw materials.
