Attending the market of bakery products since 1984, ahead of the times, the Company begun its activity taking up the organic food. The growth was steady and in 2001 the Company launched its new and modern plant. Year by year it has been strongly implemented, as for the setting of new production lines which are on the cutting edge and suitable to realise a wide range of organic and healthy products: delicious tarts filled with jam and chocolate, spongy mini-cakes and plum cakes, yummy snacks, sweet-smelling biscuits and delicate puff pastries. As it was in the past times, today Il Mangiarsano operates always respecting its aim which is “taking care of human health”. To grant the high quality of products, the Quality Assurance Department, that watches over the whole activity of the Company, has been implemented and provided by a modern laboratory to analytically control upon different matrix. The high qualified technicians of the R&D Department study and realise innovative products: the nowadays consumers of organic products pay a lot of attention to the quality and to recipes but also to the taste and convenience of products
