Borgcraft was established in 1960 as a family business manufacturing specialised, gourmet, Mediterranean-style, filled pasties known as pastizzis. Today the company operates from a custom built factory with state-of-the-art facilities. The skilled master bakers and craftspeople working there take pride in every single one of the 200, 000, 000 units of high end appetisers, desserts and pastries they produce each year. Our vision has always been to produce products with character, which are consistently great tasting, fresh, visually appealing and at the forefront of the industry. Borgcraft supplies to all major super markets in Australia, food service and contract manufacturing. Borgcraft is accredited with HACCP, CODEX, WQA and SQF.

Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
    We put RSPO logo on our products.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
    Company policy is of using RSPO certitifed palm oil only. In Case of conflict, we have recall procedures and approved supplier procedure to prevent this happening.
