Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
We will give an internal training to our staff so that are aware of the benefits of RSPO. Why do we use RSPO? What are the benefits for the environment? Once we have our membership we can promote this to stakeholders like our costumers. Our Key Account Managers will give all the information to our costumers on how we (Gudrun and them) can help the environment. This will also help us by gaining new costumers
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
Our company is a private label company. We give costumer oriented solutions. We present ourselves with focus on quality but also sustainability. RSPO is a beautiful engagement towards the environment. Together with our suppliers we are looking for costumer made solutions and how we can comply to there requests. Because we deliver a brought rage of products we have to work together with different suppliers who deliver us different raw materials with palm ingredients.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
First we checked which clients are interested in RSPO. Afterwards we made a balance on which products would need sustainable palm. Now we are looking at our suppliers if they are already a RSPO member and if they are abble to provide us with the necessary palm.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
To promote ourselves as an environmental and sustainable company by adding RSPO to our list of possibilities.
