We are well known for our Gold medal winning gourmet pies, amazing petite quiches, petite pies and English style pork pies that we have been making for over Twenty years now. We have successfully supplied major airlines and the Australian food service industry with a wide range of delicious sweet and savoury products. We manufacture products to the highest quality standards. Products are made using predominantly quality Australian grown or produced ingredients. We are proud of the fact we have our own in-house product development team who can tailor make products to a clients specific request and of our own Quality Assurance team who monitor and audit regularly to ensure we maintain our accreditation levels.

Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
    Through on going training and where customers require Sustainable Palm Oils we can introduce this into our finished product brief .
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
    Although we don't make Sustainable Palm Oils claims on our own brand products, we wildly use Sustainable Palm Oil in the majority of our pastry range.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
    Via approved supplier program and ongoing auditing.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
