    Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
We will include RSPO training as part of our induction training for all new employees and where relevant for current specific roles. We will promote our membership of RSPO and commitment through our website and to our customer base.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
As a distributor we are working with our principal suppliers to offer where ever possible sustainable products as alternative sources of supply. These products will be promoted through our sales teams, supply chains, website, industry events and company literature.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
As part of our supply chain approval process, we will request, obtain and document relevant RSPO information and also ask our suppliers about any future intentions with regards to the supply of certified palm material.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
Our organisation is applying for membership and undergoing registration to fully support our supply chain partners by providing sustainable palm solutions both upstream to our principal suppliers and downstream to our customers..
