The company has put in place participatory procedures for engaging Stakeholders for Consultation and Communication for example. These procedures guide all engagements with employees, communities, suppliers, farmers and other interest groups.

All stakeholders; Managers, Employees, Farmers, Suppliers have been involved in the wareness creation, training in RSPO business practices that relate to their role in the value chain for RSPO certified palm oil.

By joining RSPO, TOPP would contribute to the production & trade in sustainable CPO/PKO and ultimate guarantee forests/habitats/environmental protection/preservation and responsible exploitation of natural resources.
