AGROINDUSTRIAS DE MAPASTEPEC SA DE CV (AGROIMSA) is compromised with RSPO because all our actions inside the whole chain of value (producers, mills, commercialization), are supported under a strict scheme of responsibility with the people, with the environment and with the communities that we have influence. Fundamental part of our strategy to short and medium term is the sustainability of all our oil, contributing with the objectives of RSPO.

With reference to the RSPO we compromise to establish a continuous feedback that allows us the achievement of the long-term sustainability.

Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
    Personally designation for the implementation of P & C RSPO in the enterprise and promote on our fruit providers their incorporation giving us the support and necesary guidance.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
    Trough our web page we will promote the use of sustainable palm oil; we also have direct communication system on the people interested in the same page and our office.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
    Our internal control system of providers will randomly pick a monthly number of providers to audit and evaluate in the completion of the main criteria and publishing the results.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
    We hope that the oil produced by us has the certification of RSPO as an open door to the global market as a product that respects environment and contributes sustainable sociable development of the productive communities.
