In this training session, buyers of RSPO credits (currently known as GreenPalm certificates) will learn about the Book & Claim marketplace in RSPO eTrace. From January 2017 onwards, the Book & Claim supply chain model will be handled in RSPO eTrace, like the physical supply chain models of the RSPO. In RSPO eTrace, credits for CSPO, CSPKO and CSPKE can be purchased, as well as the equivalents traded by independent smallholders.

In this workshop, credit buyers have the chance to see the new Book & Claim platform and learn how to use it for purchasing RSPO credits.

The workshop will be held in English and will cover the following topics:

  • Transition from GreenPalm to eTrace

  • Requirements for buying RSPO credits

  • Demonstration of the New System

  • Question & Answer Session

Who should attend: Manufacturers, retailers, and everybody who wants to purchase RSPO credits.

You find the registration form here. Please note that the workshop will take place at the Shangri-La hotel and not online.

Please contact Lisa Schaller at [email protected] for more information.

Registration is free and seats are limited.
