Proforest and Daemeter will be jointly presenting a RSPO-endorsed Lead Auditor training course in Belitung, Indonesia, 28 September – 2 October 2015.
RSPO would like to thank our members which have participated in the one year staged implementation of compensation procedures and disclosed their liabilities. We would like to encourage companies to take part in the remaining voluntary section of the RSPO Remediation and Compensation Procedures Related to Land Clearance without Prior HCV Assessment (RaCP), that is submission of Concept Note and Remediation & Compensation Proposal Plan.
The RSPO BHCVWG has identified a list of projects that would be of interest to be implemented this financial year, FY 2015 (July) to FY 2016 (June). Presented in table below are the top priority projects with specific outputs developed by the BHCVWG.
The RSPO Secretariat has approved the revised Honduras NI (HN NI) document on 9th September 2015. HN NI 2015, as it is known, is based on the RSPO P&C 2013 and supersedes HN NI 2012 which has been used for certification of plantations and mills in Republic of Honduras.
On 9th of June 2015, the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) suspended non-submitters of Disclosure of Liabilities, as recommended by the Compensation Task Force (CTF) with the approval from the Board of Governors (BoG).

ASI will conduct an RSPO SCCS Witness assessment of Bureau Veritas Certification France from 13.10.2015 to 13.10.2015.
Regretfully, due to the recent events in Bangkok and in order to overcome the logistics difficulties experienced by inbound participants so far, the RT13 and RSPO GA12 events will be moved to Shangri-la Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Smallholders Working Group was established in 2012. The WG envisioned creating innovative and effective ways to promote smallholder participation in the RSPO. The mission of the Smallholders Working Group is to ensure that smallholders improve their livelihoods by benefiting from RSPO standards and best practices.
