How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
Ibris Palm has a comprehensive Corporate Social Responsiblity policy document that has been communicated throughout the organization. RSPO is included in Ibris Palm's commitment to certification and sustainability initiatives. The rollout of this policy includes suppliers and other 3rd party partners.
Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
Ibris Palm, through its constituent plantations actively engages with and consults members of the surrounding communities.
Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
We have already begun this process by formally adopting Ibris Palm's Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability policy. We have also conducted extensive environmental and sustainability assessments from independent parties.
Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
