Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
We already work since summer 2008 with green palm certificates via our sister company Nutriswiss AG. Before we produced margarine with palm oil with ProForest quality (this was already segregated palm oil). For us sustainable palm oil has already some history.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
We communicate active with our customer in order to give correct information on the RSPO in general and sustainable palm oil.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
We are already certified for organic prdouction and Max Havelaar production and in the past we already used segregated palm oil (Pro Forest quality). For us it is nothing new to have a seperate supply chain.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
We think this is the only way for the future. Palm oil is a great plant and needs to be produced on a sustainable way according to the RSPO guidelines.
