TDM Plantation was founded as a plantation business unit of TDM Berhad involved in the development and management of oil palm plantations and CPO processing since 1965. Since then we have positioned ourselves to invest and focus with a fresh perspective, addressing climate change to sustain growth and improving the lives of the communities we operate in. We are forging ahead towards financial and operational excellence and it is our holding company's stated policy to strive to pay out dividends of at least 30% of our consolidated annual net profit subject to availability of distributable reserves.

How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
Internally, we have a continuous improvement program and adopting the best practices by benchmarking against RSPO has been the objective. A special unit will be set up to communicate and oversee the implementation and engagement with stakeholder.

Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
A specific task force unit will be formed to look into compliance of RSPO's P&Cs.
Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
Our company hopes to be the first organization in the East coast of Malaysia to be fully RSPO certified and contribute to producing CSPO from the region.
