Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
    RSPO membership will be a focus on internal documents, presentations and discussions for our manufacturing, operations marketing and sales organizations. We intend to continue to support the RSPO efforts through participation with RSPO will provide more tangible commitment with our interested stakeholders, industrial clients, brand owners, retail customers, and NGOs
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
    We are current clients of member producers and brokers. Out oil traders strive to fill our needs from member firms for the past few years we have purchased in excess of 98% of our palm oil from member firms. Our clients are interested in increased availability and use of sustainably produced palm oils.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
    We will promote RSPO principles and participate as allowed within the organization to establish and/or refine those principles and guidelines to support our stakeholder concerns and expectations.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
    Our firm is a participating member of the International Society of Edible Oils with board membership in ISEO, NIOP and FIEEC with the applicant serving on the sustainability committee or working groups of ISEO and FIEEC. We are committed to “Sensible Sustainability”.
