Company Particulars:<br />
Medilux Oils & Fats Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on and our office is situated at Lot 17, Jalan Singgah,South Port, 42000 Port Klang,Selangor Darul Ehsan while we establish our main office to consolidate our operations at Port Klang.<br />
The objective to set-up this company is to consolidate and provide integrated service from palm oil products trading, transport, storage and export overseas. In this activity process our company will take great care to provide the best range of high FFA crude palm oil product in bulk or in liquid foam supported by subsidiary trading companies Most of our clients are form overseas who import our palm oil products such as palm acid oil, Palm olein etc in liquid form. We have major and regular clients are from Europe and Australia.<br />
Regular exports are made to these destinations averaging about 20,000 dwt per annum. Palm oil, being of the vegetable origin, is perfectly compatible with all religious belief as are all products made from it , whether food or chemicals . Palm acid oils are used in soaps and animals Feed.</div>

How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
1.1. Promotion of RSPO within Medilux Oil & Fats Sdn Bhd <br /><br />Mediluxoil fully subscribes and is committed to the mission and criteria formulated by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and shall adhere to its Code of Practice. Medilux Oils & Fats Sdn Bhd shall:-<br /><br />i. Disseminate the mission and criteria and the Code of Practice among the employees and directors of Medilux Oils & Fats Sdn Bhd ;<br /><br />ii. Ensure the employees understand and implement them on a daily basis; provide training by engaging third party professionals<br /><br />iii. All decision-making to be guided by the Code of Conduct by utilizing written procedures and work instructions.;<br /><br />iv. Make available dedicated and identified holding tanks, full traceability of palm oil products, specific packaging and a specific finished products storage area. We shall implement the RSPO Supply Chain Certification System and shall verify all trade, transport and shipping documents prior to accepting the RSPO certified palm oil.<br /><br />1.2 We will actively promote the RSPO to our customers by way of brochures and other literature and such compliance will be made one of the fundamental terms and conditions of any contract to be executed with customers. We shall communicate with interested third parties through company website and emails to let them know of our expectations and company policy on RSPO.
Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
i. We shall continuous meetings, consultation and engagement with customers immediately to resolve any conflict amicably. A comprehensive grievance procedure shall be established to address any conflicts/misunderstanding interested parties. We shall practice transparency and provide unrestricted access to our operations, systems, and any and all relevant information to eliminate any disputes; <br /><br />ii. We shall encourage our customers to use sustainably produced palm oil by informing of the benefits as it will mitigate negative impact on environment and communities. We shall try our best to crude palm oil supplies from RSPO members.<br /><br />iii. The company shall implement and operate an internal traceability system/procedure which fully meets the intent and requirements of the RSPO Supply Chain Certification Systems.
Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
i. We shall ensure that our customers comply with the intent and requirements of the RSPO Supply Chain Certification Systems. <br /><br /><br />ii. We will select our suppliers for their professionalism and proven track record and shall encourage our customers to join RSPO. This will enable us to manage the quality of our products at each stage of their process. Our products are fully traceable and each stage of their life is recorded. <br /><br />iii. We shall obey all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia <br /><br />iv. We have well-established relationships with key suppliers and operate to strict quality control standards to ensure that product is delivered to customers the world over on time and correctly documented to fulfill food safety laws.
Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
i. As a company, we are mindful of the need to protect the environment and ensure our business practices are ethically oriented. We wish to maintain and develop the palm oil industry as it supports a huge rural population which helps to alleviate poverty and raise their standards of living. By joining RSPO, we also hope to add value to our business.
