Furthermore, we are producing a huge number of Private Lable products for business partners all over Europe. Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
    Sweet Products Chocolate N.V. will promote RSPO internally by communicating the sustainalbility requirements for the use of RSPO palm oil and its benefit to all employees.</br>We will be in dialog with our suplliers and customers on all sustainabilty topics and promote the RSPO to enable the progress towards sustainable palm oil. </br>Stakeholders will be informed via our website.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
    There is a growing demand for the use of sustainable palm oil. For some customers it is already a basic requirement only to offer products with sustainable palm oil, or even without palm oil. Being a member of the RSPO will enable us to reply to these demands and to adapt recipes containing palm oil, as well as to reply to new recipe inquiries, which we currently cannot meet. </br>Sweet Products Chocolate will communicate the mass balance principle and market driven availabilites to use RSPO certified palm oil.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
    Sweet Products Chocolate is mainly doing PLB Business, therefore we are bound to customer specific demands with regards to the recipes we are offering. As a future member of the RSPO we will sensitize customers to the use of sustainable palm oil.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
    By becoming a member of the RSPO, Sweet Products Chocolate will reply to its own requirements and strengthen its principles of social responsibilty, ecological balance and social progress. Furthermore we will be able to support RSPO as well as the growing customers demand for sustainable pam oil.
