** The grievance concerns enlisted on the RSPO website include those where complaints have been submitted through the required formal grievance process.

It is also important to note that the RSPO views and handles each and every complaint very seriously ensuring that every case is undertaken within the standard operating procedure by the Grievance Panel. The RSPO is committed to ensuring accountability and ethical transparency in addressing individual and/or institutionalized concerns in guiding and inspiring transformation.
