| PT. Ajinoriki is a trading company which supplies Indonesia Sweet Potatoes, Crude Palm Oil (CPO), and other agriculture for almost 6 years since 2005. Our main customers are traders in Singapore and Malaysia. We also buy palm fruits to supply to oil companies. Since starting our business on agriculture and horticulture, this company has co-operated with many trading companies for mutual business relationship. This condition makes this company possible to achieve the goal to sell and distribute our products to all over the world. The goal of this company is become a trading company which base on productivity, product quality, and competitive. The way to get the goal is being a company with the best workforce in agricultural which is managed with professional and innovation orientation to keep quality in production CPO. | ||||

Answer : Socialize RSPO to farmer. Help farmer to get training from RSPO. Improve the co-operation in supply chain and an open dialogue with stakeholder. | ||||

Answer : To resolve a conflict, the final work in an organization is communicated to all of the parties; therefore the work can be acceptable and can get a good result. In using sustainably produced palm oil, the way that we could do is collect the fund to expand a project which is supported by RSPO and help the farmers to improve sustainably produced palm oil. Thus the prosperity of farmer can be raised. | ||||

Answer : Determine global standard in a supply chain. Decide a standard widely in palm farming to give a benefit to environment, social and economy. Always make a revision, so we can reach a target market. Improve the capability building in farming. Increase the efficiency and capacity. | ||||
