The Poppies International Group manufacturers a whole range of biscuits and is specialized in the production of frozen desserts such as eclairs and cream puffs. We produce our products under ""Poppies@ label and private label. The group had eight production sites: five in Belgium, one in France, one in Netherlands and one in the USA.
From cereal to final cookie or pastry, Poppies leaves nothing to chance in guaranteeing its customers excellent, tasty, reliable and safe products. this care for quality forms the core of our business. IFS and BRC certification, together with quality controls at all stages of production, turn that promise into reality. Our care for quality is clsely connected to our concern for food safety. We are aware of the environmental impact of unsustainable palm. As palm oil id used in some of our recipes, we feel committed to responsible sourcing of palm oil.

The membership of the Poppies Group will be communicated through our website, to our partners and internally through briefings and meetings.

Poppies is in open discussion with its partners and customers regarding sustainable palm oil.
Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria? :
Poppies has applied for its membership and intends to be certified. We also work closely together with our suppliers to move forward to sustainable palm oil.
Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO? :
We strive as a company to help to preserve the environment. We care about our well-being and want to act responsible iin order to help to preserve our planet. Therefore, we engage in RSPO and are committed to invest in green palm.
