| STAMAG Stadlauer Malzfabrik GesmbH is producing malt and bakery ingredients, e.g. dried sourdough, compound coatings, an fat pastes. Founded in 1884 STAMAG is a partner of the bakeries and known for creative product ideas and first-class baking ingredients. These are made from the best grain and other high quality natural raw materials, combined at STAMAG with creative product ideas and attractive recipes. In this way, we provide strong impulses wich each bakery can develop its own individual profile further.

| How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders? : STAMAG GesmbH will respect the RSPO-principles and communicate them to all relevant employees in trainings or by other suitable ways. Furthermore, we will provide our customers products with ingredients from sustainable palm oil on request. Additionally, STAMAG is aiming for a RSPO-certification on the level “mass-balance”. | ||||
| Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil? : STAMAG is open-minded for questions and suggestions of our customers also regarding sustainable palm oil. For this purpose we allready have various channels such as experienced field staff members, a specialist department or seminars. | ||||
| Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria? : STAMAG GesmbH prefers to purchase palm oil-based raw materials from RSPO members. In the context of the RSPO certification we will buy the relevant raw materials only from suppliers who are also certified. | ||||
| Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO? : The protection of our environment as well as the promotion of social minimum standards also in the countries of origin of our raw materials is an important issue for STAMAG. Therfore, these points are already checked in audits directly in these countries. To promote the protection of the environment and social standards even more, STAMAG is applying as RSPO member. | ||||
