1936  The company started as a trade and transport company for cattle and potatoes in Wassermungenau. 1985  The first plant is built in Wassermungenau to produce potato dough. 1995  A company in Klosterhäseler which before produced chips is absorbed. This company is rebuilt to produce different kinds of yeast dumpling products. 2001  The first production line for egg and potato noodles is brought on line in Wassermungenau. 2002  In Wassermungenau, the assortment is enlarged with potato pancake dough in buckets. In Klosterhäseler, the first production line for fresh puff pastry and pizza dough starts. 2004  In Wassermungenau the production of Gnocchi starts. 2011  The eighth production line for fresh chilled doughs is activated (5 lines).Turnover:   approx. 100 Mio. € p. a., Export:   approx. 28 % of total Quality Certificates:   IFS (release 5) higher level, BRC (Grade A).Product Awards:   Several gold and silver medals of the DLG. Market position:   Leading German manufacturer of potato doughs, potato noodles and   German pasta. One of the leading European producer of rolled bakery doughs.Klosterhäseler plant, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany: Fresh chilled doughs and pastries, including puff pastry, pizza dough, shortcrust pastry, yeast dumpling dough and many more. In order to manufacture in accordance with the RSPO principles and criteria we are working with TÜV Nord which supports and assists us on the implementation of RSPO in our company.
Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO? :
We are manufacturer and supplier of chilled ready rolled doughs and we want to implement RSPO due to multiple customers request to fulfill a responsibility for the products they sell and to contribute to a common objective to source palm oil more sustainable.
