Kuala Lumpur - Bangsar| Responsibilities | : | Execution of communications strategy within the region: to work closely with the Communications Director in establishing communications priorities at market and regional levels. |
| : | Support in coordination of global communications campaign: to collaborate with communications consulting firms in ensuring efficiency of execution and reporting of multi market campaigns. | |
| : | Stakeholder engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure that communications directions are aligned with overall organizational objectives. | |
| : | Speaker Platforms: globally and locally to position RSPO as the voice of the industry. | |
| : | Media Relations: to execute pre-developed media strategy in effectively positioning RSPO as the voice of the industry. | |
| : | Development of communications materials & liaisons: Prepare communications materials; conference papers; press releases; announcements; newsletters, e-updates to stakeholders as well as liaise with media; and develop updates for the coverage, in coordination with the RSPO Communications Director. | |
| : | Development of social media platforms. | |
| : | Media tracking, analysis & response. | |
| : | Liaise with member relations manager for necessary outreach. | |
| : | Event management. | |
| : | Support in the Communications & Claims Standing Committee. | |
| : | Development of market data to convey externally. | |
| : | Succession in process for future expanded responsibilities. | |
| Requirement | : | Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent. |
| : | Required language(s): English | |
| : | At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. | |
| : | Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar. | |
| : | Preferably Managers specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent. | |
| : | Full-Time position(s) available. |
