Eligibility to Apply
There are Four Basic Requirements to meet before a RSPO Member can start using trademark logo:
| 1. | RSPO Member | |
| 2. | Supply Chain Certified | |
| 3. | at least 95% of all palm-derived components in the product is RSPO-certified | |
| 4. | Has been granted with RSPO Trademark License |
Application Process
There are Four Simple Steps to go through applying for the RSPO Trademark:
| 1. | Eligible Members to Apply Online | |
| 2. | Required to sign Trademark Licensing Agreement | |
| 3. | Members to receive trademark license and package of digital files, artworks, rules and guidelines | |
| 4. | Can start using trademark logo for product-related communication |
