| The RSPO thanks all members in advance for the commitment towards the process of the Annual Communications on Progress and Time Bound Plan. It is a critical part of achieving our vision and is a requirement within our Member Code of Conduct as reinforced by the resolution voted in at GA8 in March 2012 that all ordinary members must submit a timebound plan with their next annual communications on progress. For transparency, all reports will be published on our website together with a list of member companies who have submitted and not submitted the reports and their timebound plans. Incomplete reports with unjustified provision of data will be considered and reported as non submissions. There is an expectation for the submitted data to be as robust and indicative as possible for thorough analysis and verification. The reasons for non-disclosure of the information requested must be given. This year's template has been refined to meet the demands and directions of the CSPO market in its quest ahead.
