A complaint against Wilmar International Ltd has been lodged jointly by Friends of the Earth Netherlands (FOENL)/Milieudefensie, KONTAK Rakyat Borneo and Lembaga Gemawan. The basis of the complaint is from the recently released report by the same 3 organisations titled Policy, practice, pride and prejudice.

In accordance with RSPO's Statutes (http://www.rspo.org/resource_centre/RSPO_Statutes.pdf) and By-Laws (http://www.rspo.org/resource_centre/RSPO_By-laws.pdf), an Executive Board appointed Grievance Panel has been established to address the complaint now lodged with RSPO.

In light of this, RSPO is currently awaiting preliminary points from the Grievance Panel and will periodically provide updated information publicly.
